Diane is wonderful, so friendly and warm. She goes over all of the information regarding your car, so you know all of the work that went into your car. Also, the mechanics are happy to bring you into the garage to show you work that can be done in the future, or to compare parts on your car to others. The experience is great, you learn more about your vehicle and can trust everyone at Larson's. My entire family has gone here for years.

I can't say enough about Diane Larson and the business she runs, like a tight ship, I might add. Efficiency at it's best; quality work; and responsive feedback all the way. I love the way your car is maintained in a preventive way to avoid the disasters.

I have been going to Larson's for around 15years. They are the best car repair shop around. I like the way they have always taken the time to explain to me what was wrong, what they fixed, and how to prevent in the future for work they have done on my vehicles. Recently I was in a situation where I had to get another car. Over the years they have been telling me about AJ's on Western Ave in Lynn. Kevin even took the time to expain to me why AJ's was the best. I am glad I took their advice. I still had the car taken to Larson's for a check over. And appreciated the fact that they were able to do it quickly that same day. As they are always busy with appointments. Diane liked my car so much that she posted it on her Facebook page. Thanks Diane! Larson's is the best auto repair shop on the North Shore.

I have been bringing my car to Larson's for a number of years, and have referred numerous family members and friends. I cannot state strongly enough how comfortable and secure I feel about having my car serviced here. Larson's preventive maintenance program is absolutely the best way I know to keep a vehicle in top-notch condition at all times. My adult children and many of my friends now have their cars serviced at Larson's as well, and they share my enthusiasm about the team here! I have never had a bad experience at Larson's. I have never been overcharged, and the mechanics have never failed to diagnose and repair any problem I have had. I cannot imagine why anyone would take his or her car to a dealer for service, when we have the best auto maintenance program in the world right here at Larson's.
