First time here. I really like that they explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable , great customer service. This is no my place to go. I have always brought it to the dealership but honestly they are over priced and don’t have time to explain anything. The girls at Lawson’s seem as though they care. They take pride in their job. Nice people, great service, car was ready when promised.

I suddenly had a problem with a nail in my tire, what to do? I was advised to go to Larson’s near Browns Pond in Peabody which I did. I was very happy to be greeted by a lovely young woman named Amy, and a nice warm room that smelled pleasant, not of oil which I had imagined. She took my info invited me to sit down and offered me coffee or water. Soon after that Brendan came to get my car keys. While I was waiting I met Taylor the manager, very nice also. So, my trip to Lawson’s was a bit of a treat as my car was fixed and I met three very nice people.

As always, we were treated with courtesy and friendliness. We are grateful to have such fine mechanics with never any safety issue worries.

When I visited this station it was late in the day and I had just had an inspection and failed my tie rods were. Very dangerously close to breaking. When I asked for a quote on replacing them I was very lucky they had an open bay Diane explained everything to me why tie rods are so important and I was shown the defect by them I don’t know how I wasn’t hurt driving the roads around here with all the potholes I was lucky They took care of everything for me right away. I will recommend this station to everyone I come in. Contact with they truly care and are very honest. I know my family will always use them after they took care of me the way they did.

As usual everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have never been to a garage that took their time to ensure they went over every section of your car to make sure you were satisfied! They make you feel like part of the family and every employee acts like they own the shop. Everyone lives the company’s mission statement; “treat every customer like a doctor’s or dentist office”!
