I am new to the area. The Repair Pal reviews for Larson's were good and I set up an appointment for regularly scheduled work (150K miles). As promised we had a call to go over what had been observed and various options were provided me. I agreed with most of the recommendations. I was unable to pick up the car before closing but they suggested a solution.I rely on my bicycle for my daily commute so I've only driven the car a few times, short distances, since the maintenance. As I was not experiencing any problems with the car prior to the service, I can't say there has been any noticeable change. I have a long distance trip coming up to eastern Maine so I'll have a better sense of the car's performance after that.

As always, everyone is up front, honest and the quality of work is outstanding.

It's always a pleasure doing business with someone you trust. I trust that Kevin, and his team, will keep my 14-year-old Honda Accord running safely by finding any problems before I break down somewhere, and making the correct fix at a reasonable price. I can't afford a new car right now, and yet I want to be safe. I'm at the right place for this with Larson's!

This was my first time at Larson's and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I think the most important thing you can have in a relationship with a mechanic is trust and not feeling like your own lack of automotive knowledge is being preyed upon for unnecessary work. Larson's staff's primary focus is to educate you on what is going on with your vehicle so that you can make informed decisions. I was told what was absolutely crucial for repair and why but also the things that weren't dire to fix that day. This garage was recommended to me for the aforementioned reasons by someone who takes great pride in the condition and up keeps of their car and I would tell anyone else the same.
