I am a brand new customer here. I came in today for a great inspection/diagnostic service they offer to get an idea what shape my car is in. It was the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and took so much time to explain things to me and make sure I could talk and ask questions I had. I was down the road working at a coffee shop while they were inspecting and Amy called when they were about done to talk about what they noted and recommended services—she spent nearly 30 minutes talking through everything with me and giving me a very good idea of what was essential and what wasn’t and why. Diane the owner also went over in more detail everything they checked and what condition everything is in when I came to pick it up. I’ve been to so many places where they don’t explain things, don’t make me confident they are checking things thoroughly, or try to sell me things I don’t need. This place is the opposite! The services were all very reasonably priced and they didn’t push me to do anything that wasn’t necessary, even encouraging me to return to a previous service provider to see if they would give me a discount or refund on an alignment because it appears they did a poor job. I will be returning regularly for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

I have an unusual car and the idea of having to take it to the dealership for small repairs makes me unhappy as the dealership overcharges me to a shocking degree. Larson's not only goes the extra mile in getting the necessary parts for repairs, but charges me appropriately and always treats me with friendliness and dignity. Last week, I needed an emergency headlight replacement. One call to Larson's and a quick visit - on my timetable - and I was driving safely again. It's true. I love everyone at Larson's.
