I am very pleased with the service I received from Larson's. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating and importantly, they explained their process very thoroughly. I felt welcomed by the staff when working with them both in person and over the phone. Everyone I met with and talked with was very kind and that is such an important aspect in my mind. In terms of the work I had done, the diagnostic option is a must! I went in to my appointment with a few tweaks I knew were needed and the staff found a massive issue that could have really threatened my car since it wasn't going to cause problems until it would have been too late (which would have been very soon). Thanks to Larson's my car was saved and I was saved a great deal of grief! I highly recommend them to anyone needing work or even just a checkup/tuneup. 5 stars isn't enough for the great work they did.
