I called with a tire issue and they told to come right over, it would probably be a 45 minute wait and I could sit outside out back by the lake if I’d like to. I don’t think it was even 30 minutes when they let me know the car was ready. I had a nail in my tire. They plugged the hole and adjusted the tire pressure on all 4 tires. I only had time to read a few pages of the book I brought with me and I enjoyed watching the ducks swimming in the lake! Super service!

I really love taking my car to Larsons! It’s such a great peace of mind knowing I have a mechanic that’s trustworthy and knowledgeable. They are also very easy to communicate with and all so nice. It’s a great little shop!

This was honestly the epitome of great service. I’ve been going to the same mechanic for the last ten years, but I recently got a Hybrid and I needed to find someone new. I was so nervous about it, honestly. We have all heard stories about some mechanic gouging someone for silly things that they could charge you for. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the experience that I had there today. Considering COVID, they have taken such incredibly steps to ensure the safety of their patrons and their staff. While I couldn’t get in the building to actually talk with anybody about the problems I was having, Diane did an amazing job talking me through them on the phone. I was able to safely drop the keys in the slot and they even allow their customers to still wait there while they work on your car! There is a cozy little waiting area behind the building, overlooking the water in the pond, with chairs and tables. Diane described the problem that my car was having and what her team did to fix it. It didn’t involve any major repairs, mind you, but she was so helpful, descriptive, and understanding. She even scheduled me for my next regular maintenance appointment and took a payment for today’s work right there on the phone. I felt like I was definitely being taken care of and the level of service was exemplary. Diane and her staff did a tremendous job today. I’m happy to say that I have found a lifelong mechanic in Larson’s Service in Peabody and I will highly recommend it to everyone who asks!

Recently had a problem with the check engine and called the shop. Diane said to bring it buy and they would make sure it was safe to drive. I did and they found the problem and I scheduled some additional maintenance two days later. The car was ready on time as usual. I really feel that they give the car a good check over and let me know what condition it is in and what needs to be repaired. I bring 4 vehicles to them and listen to their suggestions. I don’t think they would steer me wrong.
