Diane and the team are fantastic. They got us in and resolved our issues quickly (front disk brake job). We've used Larson's several times now. They charge a fee to go over the car top to bottom when you first come in and then walk you through the issues and maintenance items, if any are found. No pressure to fix either. Totally up to the consumer. In a world where trust is harder to earn these days, Larson's gained ours. We also have a bit more peace of mind knowing that our new teenage driver will be walked through the car repair process and gain knowledge rather than worry about being taken advantage of.

Honesty is simply they tell you what wrong no ummm or trying to make it sound like something else. Your sensor is bad they just say your sensors bad, fluids low they say your fluids are low. No your should do this or we can offer this service. Just nice strait forward service. You know what your going to get and they make sure you see and understand everything that was done.
