Called yesterday afternoon with a problem with my work truck. I was told to bring it in for them to look at. By 4:30PM I received a call describing what was wrong. I told them to go ahead and it was ready before noon the next day. Keeping my truck on the road is very important to me and I can always count on Larson's to help me out.

Had the winter weatherproofing done to the under carraige of my fiance's Honda CRV and my Dad has had it done many years in the past on his vehicle and has been very happy with it so I decided it would be a good idea to protect our new car.

A great team all around - my questions and concerns regarding a couple of issues with my car were answered - issues upon inspection of my car were explained and discussed with me giving me the option of choosing to have some done now or later. I waited in the lovely outside area overlooking the lake in back and the work was done in the time estimated.

Absolutely great and thorough service. I felt very confident in their safety inspection and their customer service was on point. They treated me like I had been a client for years even though it was my first time seeing them. I'm very satisfied to be a new and permanent client.
